brite-View has has released a new CinemaTube Beta Firmware upgrade on February 12, 2010 which contains several improvements over Production Firmware C021.
Here’s what to expect from the new firmware:

- Added On Screen Display (OSD) Languages for Thai, Hebrew, Japanese
- Added Flickr Support
- Support for Lite-On DVD ROM
- Modified the Virtual Keyboard from QWERTY to ABCDEF)
- Added Music Playback features to support “Previous” and “Next”
- Received Full DLNA Certification
- Support for File Copy/Move
- Support for File Search
- Support for File Sharing (Simple NAS)
- Support for Playback of Blu-ray ISO Files
- Improved HDMI Compatibility with SONY Wxxx Series
- Solved DVD Playback File Crash Issue
- Added New High Definition UI
- Improved Network Connection Compatibility
